Captain
Everything! are a combo of power pop-punk with some ska beats
thrown in for good measure. This three-piece band hails from
Watford, and their first release,‘Music By Idiots’, out on Hectic records, contained
the song‘Gastroenteritis
' would later be released on another CD. Their next recording‘Learning To Play With...’ was released again on
the Hectic label in spring of 2001, only recently to be
re-released with jazzed up art work, and on the Household Name
Records label in October of 2002. ‘Make The Love
Connection’, a split with buddies Route 215 also came out in
2002. They also had a few tracks on the Deckless recording,
which was a Ska/Punk compilation with bands such as Leek And
The Bouncing Uptones, Lightyear, and My Dad Joe also on the
CD. Captain Everything! have built up quite a strong fan base
in there home town, and the surrounding area with songs like
'Watford Pride' and 'Fly In My Soup'. Having very recently
finished a European tour supporting legends Nerfherder, they’re due to also support Lightyear on a
forthcoming UK tour.
