Another Milton Keynes based
band, this four piece were one of Household
name's first signings, and having playing the Radio 1 stage for
the Reading and Leeds last year, Capdown have grown to be arguably
the best ska core band in the UK. Their latest offering, 'Pound For
The Sound' received some great reviews, with KKKK from Kerrang!
magazine.
They've supported numerous high-profile bands, including Mad
Caddies, Less Than Jake, Reel Big Fish and The Distillers. With huge
tours throughout the UK and Europe, they've even made waves the
other side of the Atlantic, and hit the Japanese shores in 2002 with
Caeser Soze. Autumn '02 saw Capdown tour the UK with Vanilla Pod,
Anti Maniax and Two Fold - which was a huge success.
Bizarrely, Capdown are due to support Bowling For Soup on their UK
tour this spring along side Uncle Brian and Starting Line. Be sure
to catch this...strange...line up at a town near you!
