Chief
Libido is a new, young band from the East Midlands who describe
themselves as 'quite frankly, shit'. Blending punk rock with ska and
pop, they sound just like any other band, but I was impressed with
them nevertheless.
Their gig list is looking more and more impressive, supporting
the likes of Capdown, UK Subs, No Comply and Jesse
James, and as the band do more and more
shows, they get crazier, more energetic and more entertaining.
Their material has also improved and the songs are starting to sound
very interesting. They have a couple of demos, which they took upon
themselves to make one themselves so at last they can be happy.
In the future they are just looking to gig as much as possible (with
as many good bands as possible), hopefully go on a tour sometime and
with some luck go onto bigger and better things!
